What the seven is this!? Seriously!

K look in Stepmania editor it's giving me these weird purplish arrows. They don't exist, not even in 32'nd time. In the top one you can kinda see on the left arrow I put one directly above it and on the right one an arrow directly below it. I can't actually delete these arrows cause I can't touch them but they're there when playing. Any ideas how to get rid of them/what causes them?

They are 12th notes. Use left and right to adjust what note you are placing/deleting. You can't use 32nd notes for everything. The "fastest" note that can delete that is 24th.

Even if you didn't know that, you should know that highlighting an area and deleting works, too.

That is a twelth note right? Can't you just switch over to 1/12?

They're 12th arrows. If you ever see a pink one, those are 24ths.

By the way, you might want to adjust your BPM and/or gap if you have that many orange and yellow arrows.
I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak. Souls cross ages like clouds cross skies, an' tho' a cloud's shape nor hue nor size don't stay the same, it's still a cloud an' so is a soul. Who can say where the cloud's blowed from or who the soul'll be 'morrow? Only Sonmi the east an' the west an' the compass an' the atlas, yay, only the atlas o' clouds.

This man has no gap in his stepfile!

          And yeah, that's a 12th.

FFR stepfiles are not supposed to have GAP.

Hmm I thought 32nd arrows counted for everything... Wonder how the 12's got in there anyway, I never put them in.

Umm, just use simple division 12 into 32 would be uneven.

32nds count for quarters (regular red arrows), eighths (blue), sixteenths (yellow), and thirty-seconds (orange). 24ths count for purple (12th), pink (24th), red (4th), and blue (eighths)

64ths would handle the same notes as 32nds, 48ths would handle the same notes as 24ths and it can place/remove 16ths (I think. I've never fooled around with 48ths).

No one uses 12ths and 24ths, even when they should. I don't know why everyone thinks you should only use 4ths, 8ths, 16ths, and 32nds...

Um that's entirely untrue moogy and you know it. A lot of good stepfilers use 12th/24th notes.
