If you take away 4 of its 5 letters, you don't actually have a word anymore, so the riddle doesn't quite work.
Also, what exactly is the point of this thread now?
Is it "Rzr posts riddles, and everyone else has to PM him the answer"?
Because if so, it's become a game, that doesn't really meet the game thread requirements and probably ought to get locked.Comment

Did you ever think of giving the riddle as to why the chicken crossed the road??
There are many possible answers and many possible reasons to why the chicken would choose that particular reason to why it crossed the road
