Well no, but insofar as you have a thread called "The World's Greatest Riddle" I think there are some standards of quality inherant in that sort of thing.

Though again, I find the vast majority of riddles to be either trivially easy, or requiring you to make some highly unlikely logical leap into nothingness to get.

We once had this one riddle in English class. I spent almost entire class trying to figure it out and when the teacher told us the answer after I felt like a total retard.
