    Where do you have to be to get your SM file screen to have those FFR resonance buttons on it?

      It's referring to timing changes in the file, not where you are located.

          Yep. If the SM File has BPM changes in it, you cannot play it in Resonance. It's just another inconvenience in Resonance beta, which it's been in for forever...
