Addicting, yes. Unhealthy, no. All it does is help your reflexes, hand-eye coodination skills, and some more stuff that I'm too lazy to look up. The worst thing it does it give you mild carpal tunnel from FGO's and such.RIP Steve Van Ness <3Comment
