So after previous orders from a company (not naming so theres less people complaining about it) i've decided that when you choose your shipping/handling that its never going to be right. I've placed an order on Saturday with 2nd day air shipping, and they dont process orders on sat/sun. So on monday it was processed and shipped(day 1). Today (2nd day) shouldnt it be here? If its 2nd day, not 2 day shipping. 2nd day would be 1 day, then the 2nd day it should be there.....wth? This wouldnt be the first time this has happened........

It doesn't matter which company it is, they'll get the shipping right, but they'll take however long they want to process the order. Check process times, not shipping times. Your rant doesn't make any sense.

No, they are right. After working for both UPS and FedEx, they really know what they're doing when they say that stuff. 2nd day air should mean that the second day it will be there, but I don't think that it has the priority of next day air which is supposed to be at it's location before 12. These companies hate to mess this stuff up because when they do, they have to pay for your postage and that is where they make their money. It would help if you gave more information as to from where and to where it was going. 2 day air is fairly common and is pretty hard to mess up, unlike next day air which could get someone fired if that were messed up.
I'm not entirely sure if everything I said about 2 day air is correct, but from personal experience, I'm pretty sure that's how it works.
Edit: also talk to your driver. He will know around when he's supposed to reach your house so you will be able to judge accordingly. From working with drivers, if you know your customers and they know you, it really makes your job a lot easier.

See, this is why I don't look into those 2-day, 1-day shipping deals. I usually looking for the cheapest one, which tends to be the slowest ones because then, I know I won't be disappointed when it doesn't arrive "on-time".
As long as you get your item, you have no reason to complain except for the fact that you were a little impatient and decided to pay more to get something sooner.

Well, why wouldnt they have next day as a selection, they have same day, then 2nd day, no overnight shipping, and BTW todays the day its supposed to be here, and as the tracking thing says, nothings happened with that package since yesterday at 8p.m. and now its....3:16pm.....~_~Playing: DJMAX Technika 2
