The fact that Scientology was written by a Sci-Fi writer/drug addict who wanted to get rich quick so he made a religion. IMO there is at least some truth to Christianity and I believe the Old Testment is pretty accurate. You can look at anything and make it look dumb, however Scientology makes it really hard to not sound dumb.

And the only difference we have here is that we are living in the time of the birth of this new religion to where as we can see it's bull****.
Thats how all religions start.
The government and majority call it bull****, it gains some followers. Over time these followers build there numbers (Although slowly..)... Over time these small group of followers start passing on their belief to their children (Who generally take what there parents say as fact) and there you have it. Another religion with millions of followers.
FYI, nothing from the bible was really accurate. The Bible is history in a halloween costume.
You have an your small dose of history with a whole bunch of bull**** thrown on top.
Its as if you wrote a story about you walking to the store and suddenly giant monsters appeared, except there were no giant monsters... You just took a walk to the store.

Blasphemy! You sir_thomas, don't know what you are talking about. Scientology is crazy because it just is...but just because one religion is bat-sh*t insane, doesn't mean that others are. Take Christianity, for example. Do you know how I know that Jesus is the one true savior? The Bible. You say the Bible isn't accurate...but the Bible doesn't say it isn't accurate. In fact, the Bible says it is the word of God...and you can't argue with that...because the Bible is infallible. My argument is really solid. Now I am going to throw "faith" in my argument, because that's also a really solid argument. To top it of, I am going to go ahead and say that Christianity is the most widely accepted religion in the world, and because most people believe in Jesus, he must be the one true God.
Oh, and by the way, don't get all smart and be all "well, it's not my job to disprove God exists, it's your job to prove he exists." because that kind of talk will get you thrown into Hell...blasphemous sinner.

I agree with this and this is the reason why I am still currently agnostic but I am starting to lean on Christianity more.
Nebuchadnezzar at one point went insane and spent 10 years in the desert before coming back to his kingdom. What drove him insane was when he threw two Jews in an oven he saw a third figure who is apparently God. The a Jews came out unharmed. When he came back form the desert he wasn't as cruel and wicked.
Of course there is no proof here and I don't expect you to believe this as you already have your own beliefs but honestly when you know the sole and only person who wrote the book was a sci-fi writer who was a drug addict and has been charged with fraud...it looks much more doubtful than the Bible.
