there are plenty of game genres i loathe...like rpgs...and i really really hate the ff games...but i still dont call those bad games because they obviously arent because so many people like and play them...why cant you see that

q3 and halo are good for what they are. I personally prefer UT for DM style games, cause those q3 graphics are just fucking horrible. The people looked like they were made out of plastic. And nice fucking rocket launcher rofl. Looks smaller than the rockets. Plus there's less stupid bullshit in UT (such as all those midair rocket shots...yes they're possible in UT, but there's less flying around like a homo so it doesn't happen as much )

That's exactly why Quake kicks ass. It's fast paced as hell, not some pussy foxtrot crap. When I play capture the flag I get one hell of a rush from being a flag capper and outrunning everyone with rocket jumps and strafe skills, while my 2 flank men are protecting my ass.

oh and I never told you guys a trick I found with UT: if you get the demo, and install the game, take all the files from the game and put them in the demo folder. you get a no-cd hack for it
