Do you mean having the image inside your post or adding an attatchement?
If you have the url to an outside image you want to use here, simply put it inside .
If you want to add an attachment, look down a little bit from when you go to "Post Reply". There is a button that says "Add an Attachment". Click it, find the image from your harddrive, and then it will be there when you go to submit.

If you want to post an image, you use the [img] and [/img] tags, not the URL tags. <_<I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak.
