uhhh, exactly. A slow computer can run Q3 because it uses the video card, and even a bad one can run Q3 decently, whereas FFR is entirely processor dependant, it will run slower on most computers.

Quake is a decent run and gun blast-em-up, but there's better ways to spend your money...like, Counter-Strike or TFC pwn it, as does Opposing Force's online mod, and UT2003 (only 20$!) blows it out of the water.
