About 9 months ago I think I played some rhythm game on Newgrounds, and searched for other games. I found this site, and didn't know better than to play 1-handed. I soon got frustrated, and didn't start playing again until about 4 months ago. After about a half-a-month of playing one-handed again, I learn about other types of play. I started playing spread and soon became much better. I've been playing ever since.

I actually didn't start on November 30, 2006, as the picture in my sig says. (which I made that pic on Nov. 30, 2006, lol)
One dude in my Visual Basic class in Early October 2006 was working up a 70-ish combo on 136.6 and I'm like, "Hay dat game soundz fun, yo!", so I went to the site and started playing. A little over a month later I made an account, and, there ya go.

At one time, the only song I could pass was Super Mario 8-Bit Eighties Remix, with about a 20 max combo. Had to keep looking down at the keyboard.
And I remember one time buttonmashing on Secret Zombie Room, which I later blackflagged in June of '07. (Too lazy to go back and AAA it.)

I first found out about this game when I saw someone playing it in my visual basic class also lol.

I saw a kid at school play fotbb in the library and he failed after 10 seconds but everyone around him was like aw struck, including myself.

That's from the front post; Brought that up because I was wondering what fotbb is... ? :[

And I got started because I was just browsing layout sites on xanga to see the competition I would have with my site and there was one that had a module with recommended links in it... it said "FFR. It's like DDR but for your fingers" And so I clicked the link and BAM! The addiction quickly settled in. x]

And that's my story. :]

About 2 or more years ago after school waiting for the buses there were like 3 kids playing in multiplayer. They were doing pretty good at some easy songs but it was like OMGWTF when I saw it. Especially someone playing fotbb. In my typical fashion, I wanted to play so that I could smash their arrogant little fingers into the ground with my amazing skill!!!! muahahaha... Anyway I watched for a few days before creating an account and playing off and on at a noobish level for about a year and a half. Only in the last year did I begin whoring the game, which brought about over 11000 game plays and my status as better than them.

Friend introduced me to it. At the same time, I was looking for an "online version of DDR." She beat me to finding something.

last year in my computer class, i got annoyed cuz i kept hearing "taptaptaptaptap" and was like "who the **** is doing that".... i looked over and saw it was a DDR simulation and was instantly drawn in.

Its like many people who observe FFR at first and are aw struck at its capabilities.
What I've noticed is that many people have started due to Arch0wl's FOTBB song's "impossibility". I quoted that because at first I'm sure many or all of us thought that that was impossible to complete, not even to PA well, but to simply complete.

I bumped into my friend at the computer lab.

He was playing Beethoven Virus, and got a 200 combo with one hand.

I was awe-struck; how could anybody possibly do that?

My friend was playing it, I was like, is that DDR online? She was like, no it's FFR. I was like, what's FFR? She just gave me a look like I was raised on another planet. xD
