There was an animated TV show in the 1980s, which I've seen a few episodes of. The premise is that there's this magical cube which, when solved, has various kinds of superpowers. Of course all the bad guys always mess it up and it's up to the hero to rescue the cube and then solve it. It's a pretty awful show.

I can intuitively do the first two steps of the Fridrich method...but the OLL and PLL I am having trouble with. There are way too many algorithms to memorize (I think over 50?)

I average about 35 seconds--
Best time so far is 21.39 seconds (iPod timer lol)

I use all 21 PLL's, but only use 9 or 10 OLL's... just memorized the cross ones.

Mind you, this is on the Icon.... FAIL...

Every time I try to go back and relearn all the algs I forgot, I lose interest in 5 minutes. I just can't get into it anymore.

So far, the best i've done was 50 seconds. Although, I only brought my rubik cube about 3 weeks ago so i'm not all that great with finger tricks.
