I would love to hear your comments about what you think about Dragons. I personally love dragons and i am researching everything i can about them.

...Well, I actually don't really have an opinion on this. Yes, I am a huge dragon buff, but I never really try to think whether they be real or not. Yeah, I've watched most of the shows out there concerning the idea, but I never really dwell on them. I mean, there really hasn't been much evidence to prove that dragons are, in fact, real. However, there's not really anything that disproves the fact either. Maybe dragons were once real, but they weren't in the form we picture them today. After all, there are references to them in the New Testament of the Bible.
I'm fine with the uncertainty of it, though. Even if they are real, I'd highly doubt I'd want to meet one. It's just the mystery of them that makes them so awesome!
Blah blah, I'm not really one to talk in CT though.
P.S. An undecided option in the poll might be nice.

What a ridiculous thread. Anyone who voted "real" had better be 8 or younger, or I fear for the fate of humanity.
Dragons are about as real as santa clause. They are constructs designed to inspire wonder in the youth of the world. The closest thing you'd ever get to seeing one is a Komodo Dragon... and that HARDLY qualifies as a flying, fire-breathing beast.
If you're a believer and still not satisfied.. Go on a dragon hunt, and be sure to tell me all the details when you return unsuccessful

No seriously, I am another huge Dragon fan, but even I know they don't actually exist, except for Komodo dragons... and bearded dragons and flying dragons, But they are all just lizards.

Well the only thing that could possibly be of any value is the fact that dragons appear in folklore throughout the world, with similar descriptions, in civilisations that have never met one another, while other folklores are often vastly different.Comment

yes they probably existed in the past. but finding them thats where it gets us searching the globe for maybe one tiny hint of their existence. ZOMG... I can't believe you people. First of all, the only thing even relatively close to a fire-breathing dragon died long, long ago. Each dragon in a different part of the world actually looks like some kind of fossil or skeleton found in that part of the world so when medieval people looked at it, they wouldn't know the difference between bone and fossil. They were stupid and superstitious 5 thousand years ago and their records inaccurate. Not to mention, 5 thousand years ago would be more Egypt, wouldn't it? I thought so.
