FFR Band Promotion

I think its really cool that FFR is promoting the site through a couple hardcore bands but i think we need to step it up a notch and promote through BIG bands. I'm talking about bands like Three Days Grace and Nickelback, bands that everybody listens to everyday, or bands that played at the Live Earth concerts, those ones. There wouldn't be a better way to promote the site than to promote it with a very popular band where thousands of people go on the bands myspace everyday and the first thing they see is FFR The site would probably get a thousand extra new accounts every week. Thats my opinion but if anyone thinks different, good for them

1st of all, I find it HIGHLY unlikely that any huge commercial band would suddenly step up and start advertising something comparatively small and without profit.

2nd, why not at least go for a decent band. Nickelback? Seriously?

Buddy, you get permission from them and then we will step all of their songs and put a hunderd embedable players on their site

At the moment its just a nice fantasy.

Oh and this is not a CC thread.
