here is the real, and simple as possible solution:

When Synth was 5 yrs old he fell down the stairs causing him to have a concussion and put in the hospital for 2 yrs and 4 months...when he finally got out they had given him a thing to wear on his head to assure he remembered stuff(you put cds or tapes in it or something)...anyway after using the device for 5 weeks and 2 days he stopped wearing it and attended normal school. Finally about 5 yrs ago he was caught by a gimmick that was supposed to play a cd which made you speak another language but really said "Cheers" at the end of every paragraph or speel about something...

As you can see this is the most simple solution to the Cheers after every...thing!!
