How do u get other skill points and tokens?

You get a Skill Token when you do a 200+ combo on certain songs. You get a Token by playing and beating a song. The locations of Token's are hidden and remain a secret so you'll need to find one. Until then, I'm getting Guido over here to lock this thread.
