I realize it was a couple pages back for you guys (not for me, I have 80 posts per page) but I thought I should bring it up anyways.
Nyokou, skipping breakfast has the potential for weight loss, but it's not that simple. After probably not eating since 7:00pm, and then skipping breakfast, your body goes into a state of starvation. It tries to preserve the energy you do gain, which means as soon as you eat something (12:00 ish) it instantly turns it into fat. If you're just going for weight loss (I don't see why) then I guess skipping breakfast could be the way to go. But if you're trying to get rid of fat, I'd suggest eating a light breakfast, such as a poptart or even a piece of toast to tell you're body that you aren't starving.
