This guy is really getting on my nerves

Okay, I'm getting extremely annoyed with this guy. He keeps posting on my profile, and just WON'T leave me alone. brianafroguy is his name if you must know.

His posts go no as follow:
::Add Me:: I ignore this post
2 days later
::Add Me:: I go off and tell him to read my random thoughts, and get lost.
2 days later
:ragons rule:: lmao, I ignore him. That's where he went past the limit.
Later yet again
::Your avatar is cool:: I was about to go scream at him after this, but I decided to come here.

I don't get why the heck he wants me to add him so badly, and I'm certainly not going to add him just to get him off of me. Why the heck would I want to add someone so obnoxious? On top of this, I've seen him spamming lots of other people's profiles, but definitely not like mine. I mean, some people I actually don't mind to add, but he's just being retarded.

Anyone else have to deal with him?

A: Maybe, but I have rules:
1. You have to talk intelligent. No saying, "U wanna be budz?" Why do I want to buddies with a moron? I don't.
2. Don't come, and ask me on your first post. If I have a nice conversation with you, and you were nice then you can ask. Vets can break the rules, because they matter more.
3. Liking dragons, or being from Oregon helps too.
