        I was only 10 when I started using Photoshop. There are many useful tutorials available free online. And there are... other ways of getting Photoshop.

        Now, as for a Wacom tablet, you can get a 6x8 inch one for a little over $300. While that may seem like a lot, you can draw on it and it will go directly into your computer, and you can then use any effects of any programs you have.

        If you're serious about drawing and being an artist, ask for a Wacom tablet for a birthday, or christmas, or whatever excuse of gift-giving there is. Or if you're old enough, get a job, and that will get you the cost of the tablet in a few weeks or a month.

            Im getting a job in the summer. This would be pretty cool to have though. Im probably not going to be a serious artist when I grow up but it would sure as hell be a great hobby to do in my spare time Thanks for the help

            PS-I used to have Photoshop be means of those "other ways" but then I uninstalled it. It simply took up way too much space on my computer and I didnt use it enough so it wasnt really any use to me.

                Pokemon PWNS lol i still have a good amount of cards left... better than anything i could have drawn, hell i cant even draw a straight line without the help of a ruler

                        Not many people can. Mine is always kind of squiggly, either a lot or a little depending on the size of the line :/
