With all the news on quantum computing stuff in the near future, I thought I'd share this because it looks significant. It's about wireless transmission, and security is a pretty huge issue over wireless. http://www.aip.org/pnu/2007/split/815-2.html . See, from what I understand, they're able to transmit the public keys over photons. This seems like a really good idea because anyone who tries to get the key will end up altering the bits, making their attempts pretty useless. Can anyone think of a good way to get around something like this?
