but yea most girls do like money and all that stuff
and my bf has all the time in the world away from me
he's very busy...with work, school, his frat, friends, video games
and i don't really mind

you are correct.
they do "use all your money", but its different. when you have a girlfriend, you WANT to buy stuff for them, and take them out. Its no longer about the money, its about treating your girl right.

and okay, doug did a good job answering this part of the question, but ill add onto it. You dont spend every waking minute of your day with your girlfriend. I havent seen my girlfriend in 3 days. Yeah, i miss her. But we dont have to be on each other to be happy.

I'm going to shoot down both of your points right here.

1. I had a girlfriend for over two years who was never financially demanding. If she's demanding material things consistently, there's something wrong.
2. If you want to be left alone, tell them you want to be left alone (Granted this isn't horribly often, anyway). If they don't listen, then they're in the wrong, not you.

the most i spend on my girlfriend is pretty much just taking her out to eat. She hates shopping, so i dont have to worry about that. Also, shes hates spending too much money. So, my girlfriend = win.
