Photo cropping? Clipping? whatever...

Ok I'd like to know something. If you're observant you should notice whenever I upload a photo, it has a white border around it from paintshop because the screenshot it to big for what I want. For example look at one of the comics I made and want to upload into my gallery but can't because of this white border which makes the whole thing too big.

I'd like to be able to get rid of this with paint but if it's not possible, name me a program and help me out please.

Photoshop does it. Even microsoft Paint does it.

In paint, use the dashed box to select something, go to 'edit' and then "copy".

Open a new canvas. If the canvas is going to be too big for the picture, drag
the little dot at the bottom right of the canvas to make it smaller.

The canvas can be too small; Paint will fix it for you. Just don't have it too big.

Go back up to "edit" and click on the "paste" option.

For Photoshop, I've noticed that when you crop something and then use copy.... if you open up an new canvas, it will be resized to exactly that size that you cropped, so you can just paste it into there.

Sidenote: Funny Link/Mario comic, something so simple is quite humorous...

Thanks guys, once DBGT is over I'm going to upload all the ones I've made so far into my gallery. I'll make a notification when I do that.

Photoshop rules all...you can get it free from Kazaa, my friend just d/l'd it and I got it from him.

It all works. Download the plugins called "Kai's Power Tools" there is a KPT3, 4, 5, and maybe even 6 now.
