I get annoyed by those kind of threads but I'm not actually going to respond back to there problems, lol. That will be the job of the people that care. lol.

And what exactly makes you believe that people will listen to you? It's like anything, if people want to make a thread they will do it before looking at the stickies, it happens.

People will come on here, make a thread about problems, and will have to be directed or moved to here.

Granted, that is better, but still. It seems like a useless sticky.

The problem with your comparison is that Naruto isn't questions and answers, it's discussion. Relationship threads are questions and answers. Getting multiple problems and having multiple people answer them will make it cluttered and problematic.
