Wii Sensor Bar VS TV Remotes?

Hey, I just tried the TV remote as a sensorbar trick, and it didnt work.

I put 2 WORKING Tv Remotes beside each other, and nothing happened to the cursor on the wii screen.

And yes, my Sensorbar was Unplugged.

Any tips? People say this trick works, but it doesnt for me.

How about you play with the actual bloody sensor bar?

Seriously, unless your bar is broken, finding these alternative methods is retarded.

Well, I was hoping I could use that for the Detection for my new project... (For the computer to detect the cursor movements, I need that one driver, but for the Wiimote to display that sort of cursor movement, I need a sensorbar)

      Wiimote + PC + Halflife 2.
But, since they dont work, I dunno what I can use for the wiimote movement.
Im not going to make it run off of pure accelormeters or w.e, as theyre too unsensitive. Hmmm... Any tips? (I need to make a Sensorbar that can run off batteries or USB,)

Remotes don't emit an IR signal until you press a button.

You actually have to have someone press buttons on the remote the entire time you're playing a game.

Try candles next time. Or christmas lights.
