why can't I make one of these(question mark)

I don't know why but I can no longer type a question mark. I can't use the "W","S","D" keys in conjunction with "A". Nothing else seems to be going wrong but whenever I start my computer up, it tries to type something when I click on my username.

Can anyone help me (question mark)(question mark)

Since I can't delete my old post I found out what was happening. The squiggly button was pushed down and wouldn't come up~
