          he didnt search the car he just towed it. if he wanted to they could have just searched it and then gave it back but they took it a step further and just towed it

                          No matter how much of an extreme jerk face they were, they still could tow your car. I mean, sure, usually when a cop is an extreme jerk face, the law changes.
