There are already a few of these. I had Frets of Fire which worked decently considering it was still under development. I say had because my computer just restarted and I lost everything that I hadn't backed up from the last 20+ days that I've been online.

            How would that even work?

Talk about eliminating all challange from the game. It's five buttons, dude. Not much depth.

Right. But when you play FFR, you're not supposed to be playing along to anything in particular beisdes the beat. You're NOT recreating guitar tracks, bass lines or anything like that.

                    Re: Guitar Hero/FFR

Guy above me acted like FFR had hidden depth with 4 arrows when you're simulating 'dancing' with your fingers to a specific beat.

Whereas Guitar Hero is about recreating guitar tracks from songs. There is less depth unless the entire soundtrack is Dragon Force songs or something, or uninteresting, crappy music from Japan.

Using the f1-f5 buttons for the buttons and hitting enter. Semi challenging, but it is much better with the guitar.

There's a unique tool on the internet called "Google," where you can find such information without waiting for someone to field your question. It's good when there's not a scholar around ready to respond to every question you might have.

Guess you didn't quite catch that one...

I was trying to make a joke out of the fact that it is quite possibly the most retarded thing I've heard of all week.
