I suck. Never picked up a single SAT prep guide, never took a class, never did anything to prepare for it. I didn't even take it seriously. And I got a 1610. Yay I can still get into college with this crappy score. How did everyone else do?

1930 without a SAT prep course or any practice tests for the most part

critical reading and math combined was a 1280, but combined with my previous scores, my best is a 1300 out of 1600

I'm a junior, and this was my first time too.

Critical Reading 600 79%

Total=1730

Yeah I know the Math sucked. I don't really know why, I'm figure I can get that up 150 points by the next time I take it. Raise both Reading and English by 100 points and submit my application with 2080 or more.

I went
600 Critial Reading
680 Math
650 Essay

but i got a 620 my second time taking it, so 620 and 680 = 1300!

What's the range?

I had an 1170 on the 1600-range SAT.

Just so you know SAT scores mean little to nothing.

Squeek's awesome book is the source for a lot of my writing finese. Union College here in NY decided to do away with SAT's in their application process.

I didn't take SATs yet, but I took the SAT Match Level IIC. I got a 750, which I am pissed about. I might take it again.


I got a 2130 on the PSATs last year as a sophmore. I dunno how I did this year on the PSATs yet. (I'm a Junior). I'm planning to take the SATs in December as well as January though.

I took the SATs in 7th grade too, when I scored 99% in the percentile for Terra Nova. Lol. I didn't do so hot. =/ 1100 out of 1600. It was still the old test back then.

Squeek, I find it hard to believe that you got so low on the SATs. Very hard, in fact. I did better than that in eighth grade.

Also, they can matter a lot depending on where you apply.

P.S. 1480, I think, on the 1600 scale.

In grade 7, I cant remember what I got, but It was the 2nd highest in the province, I think I missed one of those "what would be the best title for this story" things and I missed a Perfect Score. Damn, so close to a scholarship.
