I came back after like....a year because I started to play Stepmania and realized that Stepmania is alot easier than FFR becasue you can actually have spped mods on SM.

Don't. You'll quickly find that these forums are near worthless in the extremely strict way they're moderated. They could be so much more active if it weren't for the sometimes-overzealous moderators who will lock almost anything without thinking twice.

That said, it's still a great site, and I realize that the mods wouldn't have to be so strict if it weren't for all the idiots here, but they could lighten up just a bit.
