Damn, I would've taken music theory but there wasn't enough interest at my school. =/

Music Theory at my school is a joke. I've actually taken it for the past two years and gotten 100s in it every semester (I may have gotten a 99 once...Don't remember).

It's guitar-focused, so it gives me time to relax at the end of the day and practice. Unfortunately, I'm stuck in there with a million emo kids who write pathetic songs and lyrics...The kinds of people who carry a guitar everywhere, talk about it all the time, but when you ask them to play a song, they can't do hardly anything.

Basically my fall is harder than my spring, but I tend to slack off at the end of the year so thats a good thing. Plus, my first 3 periods in spring are electives/a joke so I can sleep in without missing something important. 8)

ps i'm not in honors because I got bad grades last year
but this also makes it easier for me to get good grades this year
and my dad said if i got good grades he'd get me a horse

electricity and magnetism is SO MUCH FUN hahaha atomic physics, quantum mechanics woop woop.. how I pulled a B in that class at UMD I don't know.

Because I basically know I'm going to have to go longer than 4 years to finish EE, I'm spreading out my credits now to alleviate the work a LITTLE bit.. only taking 12 credits this semester..

for 4 full years at NYU I had no friday classes. And my entire Junior year I had class only 2 days a week. Soph and Senior year I had Class for under 2 hours for 2 of my days, instead of 0 hours like Junior year.

NYU rocks in terms of how little time you spend in a classroom. But they make up for it with a ****load of group projects and out-of-class work.

We make our schedules close to the end of the year, but we only find out what teachers and stuff we have the first day of school.
