Also don't go to a school because the hot cheerleader who sits next to you in English is going to said school.

Kinda sucked, because NYU was her #1 choice... she just didn't get in. GW was #2, and she went there. NYU and GW were my 1/2 choices of the schools I got into. Made the right call and went to NYU. She put on A LOT of weight at college.

Some girl at my work put on 40 lbs during her freshman year.

She looks a lot different now.

I've maybe gained a pound or two during my freshman year. Yay!

                I haven't gained/lost a single pound in... 6-7 years.

EDIT: I know someone will make a stupid comment about that. You know what I mean. I've been within 123-127 since I was 15 or 16.

Dang, I don't know how tall you are, but you must be really skinny.

5'10" and yes, very skinny. There is a pic of me topless floating around these forums somewhere. Posted by Whorli, I believe... because I don't think I'd post a pic of myself topless.

                      Congrats dude.

                      Noah goes to NC state.

I got a bit before I need to start applying.

Yah, all this summer will be like SAT SAT SAT. Then come September I'll have to kiss my English teacher's ass so she'll write my recommendation letter. -_-

I only sent in two recommendation letters. I really don't think they matter that much though.

As long as you ask before everyone else does, I don't see why any of your teachers would have a problem with writing you one.

People get letters from recommandation for standard undergrad applications?

Those things should only be necessary if you are trying to get into Ivy League schools or maybe one of the top military acadamies. And for those you need letters of recommendation from someone actually important. Like a mayor. Or a state representitive. Or a governer. Not a random high school teacher. And I seriously, seriously doubt that any one on this site has what it takes to get into one of those schools >_>

LOR make the student appear to be a candidate that the college may want to enroll. You can use a LOR for any college. Besides, you're already in college so leave me alone.
