It has been announced on Yahoo news that the president of mexico has legalized drug possession and use in small amounts. According to the article,
It will be legal to possess up to 25 milligrams of heroin, four joints, half a gram of cocaine, a non listed quantity of amphetamines, and 2 pills of either LSD or Ecstasy.

It's because drugs are so commonplace that he want's to start focusing on large scale operations. Or thats what he says. Anyway, I'm all for legalization.

Yeah, Americans are going to completely forego their drug hookups here to go to Mexico just so they can possess what they already had, only legally.

Didn't read the article... but my question is:

It is legal to possess small amounts. Is it legal to BUY those small amounts? Is it also now legal to SELL those small amounts? And is it also now legal to GROW/MAKE the large amounts to supply the guys selling the small amounts?
