I've never seen this ad in my life. It's a fake though. Candian Government public service announcements always end in the same way, mentioning it's a message from the Government of Canada. This was made by someone else.

EDIT: And public service announcements don't end with a specific number at the end of a LOCAL number, they try to reach groups of people (usually province-wide). I don't even think that area code is from any jurisdiction in Canada. Can anyone confirm/deny this?
