I used to live just outside of Vegas. The school I went to was pretty darn messed up I would say.. but in a good way. Compared to people in the midwest, people are really open about what they believe there.

I live in Australia, but we have the same thing here except our mexicans are asains a middle easteners and they come here in these boats which are old barges falling apart, and of course they sink. so our coast guards go out and fish them out then we bring them back top the mainland and stick them in detention centers in the middle of the desert. Of course they all file for asylum claim persicusion if they go home so then the government as to interveiw each of them personally and determine if they're actual refugees or jsut que jumpers. then they get deported back to what ever place they came from. the ones that are given assylum go to live somewhere, and by some where, i mean where i work in sunnybank. so they all come into the store i work at cant speak a word of english and yell at me and call me racist when i ask them to repeat what they said becuase i cant understand a word of what they are saying.

but i guess you guys have it worse with your crazy mexicans.

Wow matty, it sounds like immigrants over in Australia are more uptight than they are here in America. If there's a smirk on your face and you ask them to repeat it a 5th time, then yeah you'll get called a racist, even though it's not really discrimination, just defiling.

So I live in Southern California where theres tons of Mexicans, nothing wrong with that, it just sets up the story. At my high school today a couple hundred students left in the middle of class and started marching around the whole school waving the mexican flag in protest of the new immagration bill going around. The whole place went into lockdown for about half an hour to keep more students from going out and protesting. Then at lunch they gathered again and the school officials actually provided them speakers and a microphone to organize a peaceful protest. Weird no?

Oh man, that must have freaked out the Japanese exchanged students.

I love Japanese exchange students! They always look so happy and try to be white! I wish I had one of their language calculators that they really play games on during class when the teacher's talking.

Ya, here we have thousands of immigrants coming from India. They try to be black. It's disheartening to see an east indian with a green Honda Civic with polished brass doodads here and there pretending to be gold listening to the big ol' Fitty Cent and SHYAA MIKE JONES. Whenever something happens in school they usually swear at the teacher in punjabi and he/she just goes on to say, "Oh you silly rascal"

I don't see the point, only reasons they would freak out would be
A) They were illegal immagrants themselves.
B) They were expecting friends and/or family to show up illegally.
C) They just wanted to stir up trouble.

Jewpin, the law isn't going to immediately deport every illegal in California. There won't even be a major crackdown (voluntary to compulsory checking by employers) for three years.

We really need immigration reform, and as laws kind of like this get enacted, we'll send the message that we won't stand for illegal immigrants coming and breaking our laws while still encouraging them to come here legally.

Other reforms we need: make naturalization (or work programs) easier, stricter penalties for illegals.
