    Re: Magic The Gathering

Jewpin actually got me into magic. I still play it to this day. I'm rocking a killer black blue Dimir deck now and am almost through with my red blue deck. I go to tournaments every saturday.

I must have at least 10,000 cards now. Lots of money in them pieces of cardboard.

I have a few of the cards.
I win a card or two from my cousin whenever he comes over, idiot thinks he can beat me in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.
He is always wrong. Ah, the glory of taking all his cards...

When I was like 7 I bought a booster pack just because I thought they looked cool.
And to this day, my friends and I make a magical gathering, an assembly of M:TG and YuGiOh, and we play bouts of the ultimate game; Holographic Slap Jack.

I used to play. But I only really liked it up through Mercadian Masks; then they started to add a lot of rules, specials, cheap combos, and other such horse****. Only one or two editions since Mercadian Masks has been pretty good, and I forget their names.

                Older editions rule.

1/3 being like...Matt and Eli's cards. You want my cards?

ps. The tap joke for some reason never gets old. Whenever I am playing any card games with my MTG friends somehow someone always says something like "I tap my mana" or something along those lines and we all chuckle and snort and push our THICK glasses up the bridge of our noses. After that we debate things like Quantum-physics, and the fallacies in Star Trek over a glass of Mountain Dew. The night ends with a heated multiplayer battle in Halo and then we cry ourselves to sleep.

I still play magic... But now that the extended season is over, I just play casually or get ready for standard season... I'm using MBC that runs quite well.

                      Re: Magic The Gathering

I started playing casually with the advent of Revised. Then I really got into the game during the Mercadian/Invasion and Invasion/Odyssey era. I had an absolutely savage Blue/Green madness deck at that time, which I still have today.

I lost interest when Scourge came out though. At this point I don't even know what the last two blocks are.

I played back in.... 1996-1997? Around then. 4th edition. I had some rather rare Beta cards that would probably be worth a ton now.

You would think, Tass, but they really aren't. I've got some second and third edition cards, too, but unless it's a Mox or a Lotus, it'd hardly be worth your time.

Tapping is not nessesary because their can be multiple attacks in one turn. I used a combo to allow me to attack 6 times in one turn.
