    I recentley wrote a story

Called The Adventures of Sid Linner. After a discussion with another FFR member, we agreed that it'd make a pretty sweet comic.

Only problem being, I can't draw that well. I have one full storyline set out at the moment, but just to give you an idea of what it would have:

    Time travelling
    Guns
    Space
    Explosions
    Bizarre planets
And bizarrer explanations of the planets

    The basic plot so far:

Sid Linner is a detective that gained noteriety by going back through time and apprehending Jack the Ripper before being thrown in jail for interefering with Time Law.

Five years later, Old Sid (from the future) breaks Young Sid out of prison and they crashland on a planet where they're kidnapped by natives.

Young Sid impersonates a diplomat, gets a crapload of money and flies back to the prison planet where Old Sid is murdered. Young Sid buys some guns and goes in to figure out what exactly is going on.

He finds out the second in command of the police force named "Hang Glidron" killed Old Sid to lure Young Sid back to the prison, but Young Sid set a trap releasing all the prisoners and a faulty inter-building system (designed by children) allows him to escape easily in the confusion, where he gets a call from someone looking to find a missing person.

End the first story. I have half a script worked out at the moment, but most of the "episodes" would follow a similar structure. It's also meant to be fairly humorous.

    This is all.

"Readers who prefer tension and romance, Maledictions: The Offering, delivers... As serious YA fiction, I’ll give it five stars out of five. As a novel? Four and a half." - Liz Ellor

I could probably do it in manga form when I get back in practice.

I envision the young Sid like a 1990 Bill Pullman and the old Sid like a 1995 Harrison Ford.

yeah, i dont think lone star....

i see a guy with light brown hair, glasses, and a twinkle in his eye.

the old dude is just an older version of the young guy.

                    Ask Darkshadow :P

Or Moogy, he has the highest class professional experience with comic drawing.

Just not me. I'm way too lazy and am blowing off enough already when it comes to things I should be doing art-wise.

Sounds like a spiffy plot, though, good luck.
