I think this concerns all of us here at FFR.
There is this bad anti-spyware trend going around the web for awhile and I didn't know if you guys knew. But I noticed that at the forum that I mod at had this member. Perhaps you heard of this person. Vidall. She was promoting this anti-spyware called Kill-spy.
I knew that there was something wrong with it. I even downloaded it. I decided to check it out. I searched it on Google, and it came up with advertisemts and someone who said that it was bad. He was right. Turns out it gave me the Razespyware client. A fake anti-spyware that gives you spyware. Now I hope that you are armed and prepared. Now Kill-spy is not the only one, there are tons. And the fakes also spam many forums and newsgroups. Because there are tons of fake anti-spyware out there that may infect us. Now I hope that you didn't download any.
I am pretty sure that some of you may already know. But I am telling this to those who don't know.
