Go to google.com and search for Stepmania. Follow the instructions if your feeble mind can comprehend it, and look around for ways to make a stepfile.

Actually, there are terms and guidelines for submitting stepfiles to FFR. Even more importantly is that if you've never even worked out a Stepfile EVER, it's hard at first. This is coming from a person who knows how to make notes for music, too (keeping a steady beat, ect.).

You're acting like it'll come to you and you'll make a piece of art for your very first stepfile, which I doubt =/

I'm going to say this now. There's no way you'd be able to have any of your simfiles on FFR now and probably any other time.

Getting something submitted to FFR requires you sending it to LD.

Find the appropriate forum and thread for that.
