RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: New Year

Resolutions are not so big to me. Don't any of you ever divide the year from when school starts and ends? Like it's a new year in September and it ends in June. Then I wonder what is the time between June and September known as? The time being?

Enforce stricter "Grammar Nazi"ism on this forum.

I'm very proud of the topic creator who actually spelled everything correctly with proper punctuation.

Most people ignore apostrophes on days. "Groundhogs Day", "Valentines Day", etc. These are all "The Day of ___", therefore apostrophes MUST be present.

Not to be a chooch, but does the comma go before the quotation mark or no? I thought I remembered learning that back in elementary school but it's kind of foggy.

I'm not setting off the quotations from the rest of the sentence. The quotations are there to set off words that I need to spell incorrectly to prove my point.

You would use a comma to set off the quotations when it's a lead to an actual quote. I did not want the dramatic pause to be present as you read the sentence to yourself.

I resolve what I resolve to do every year, carry out the resolution, and then trash it up aftwerwards, then resolve it again the next year.

                            Two more less depressing things:

                            1. Finish Creep World/Find someone who likes it that would pay me money to make other people read it (aka, a publisher)
                            2. Finish The Virtual Mind (movie script) and find a studio that likes it so much that they'll pay me money to get other people to watch it.

"A new take on the epic fantasy genre... Darkly comic, relatable characters... twisted storyline."

"Readers who prefer tension and romance, Maledictions: The Offering, delivers... As serious YA fiction, I’ll give it five stars out of five. As a novel? Four and a half." - Liz Ellor

                            My new novel:

                            Maledictions: The Offering.

                            Now in Paperback!

                              Make Adele a happier person.

Kick Calculus 3's fat, ugly ass.

Get a job so that 1) I won't be a poor college student and 2) Dad will let me get my license (cuz I can't get it unless I'll pay for the isurance ).
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

Oh, and to contribute to the thread, another one of my resolutionss is to get good enough at cycling to join in on the faculty's rides after school in May. Probably my toughest goal.
