Basically, it says the following:
1. We want to produce a new IIDX game. However, they don't sell well enough to be anything but Konamistyle-only.
2. If you want this game made, you need to answer a questionnaire. Failure to collect 10000 questionnaire results means no game will see release, and only one response per person is allowed.
3. You have until October 26th to give us 10000 responses.
4. After responses are collected, pre-orders for the game will open and a title will see release.
WE ONLY HAVE A GODDAMNED MONTH.
So everyone needs to fill out this form. The only problem is, that requires a a konamistyle account, and we dont have that, and the form is in japaneese, so ill give ya a little walkthrough to get an account and fill out the survey.
1. Click the blue arrow button at the bottom of the IIDX announcement page linked above.
2. Youll now be brought to a login page. Click the first text link on that page (for those with japaneese text support, it is ???)
3. You will now be at a page with an orange background, and a bunch of japaneese text, the only english part is like WEB KONAMI and konamistyle.com. Click the middle orange button on that page (there is only 3)
4. Now youll be at a page that looks like an agreement of some sort, lick the orange button on the left at the top of the page.
5. Now here's the tricky part, the form itself.
The first field is your username, you can have english characters in this one. Fill in whatever you want. The next field is your name, first then last. Japaneese characters are ONLY accepted here. (this board doesnt support them, so if you need some characters, IM me or go to aaroninjapan.com and click on the japaneese page link and copy some.
The next field is your shortened name. again, japaneese only.
The next question is just a checkbox, i dont know what it asks, just check a random one
After that, it asks for your birthdate, it looks like. Use the menu to choose your bday.
The next one is a pulldown menu, just choose one, I don't think it matters.
the next four fields are email, repeat for confirm, and cellpone email, then repeat for confirm again. Fill in a valid email for the email boxes, the cellphone email doesnt matter, it can be left blank.
Ok, we're done with the form, just press the left orange button.
If the form works, you choose what newsletters you want to sign up for, and the leftmost button again sends the form.
Now check your email, and you should have gotten a password. Use your new password to login on the login page back on step 2. Now fill out the IIDX form, someone translated it, so you know what they are asking.
