Rocky Horror...

Alright, you Xangans, give me your opinions. Certain people (you know who you are!!) have pressured me to go to Rocky Horror with them. I've already refused to go this time (because I've always said that Rocky Horror scares me (mostly because I'm a shy little bastard) and because I only have 10 bucks, so going would mean half my money goes byebye), but I am considering maybe perhaps thinking about contemplating going another time some day in the future maybe.

So what do you need to do? Tell me what YOU think about Rocky Horror. Have you gone? Do you recommend going? Do you think I'm being a stupid pansy for being shy and scared of the virgin activites and the infamous underwear run (which I would sooooo not do)?

Same question to you guys. Should I go to Rocky or not, and why?

Kinda both. They say the movie is playing and people are up front acting it out with it, but hardly anybody really pays attention, they all just have a good time.

I told them I'd probably hide, scared, in the corner, and they said I'd probably be surrounded by people making out/who knows what in the corner, which is another reason for me to go and hide in the corner. I dunno, though...

PS: They tell me the movie sucks and that nobody likes it, they just go for the wild party that happens while the movie goes on. I still dunno.....need more input from you guys!!

I've seen the movie and loved it.

I saw a live performance and loved it.

I made out with my girlfriend in a corner and loved it.

I went to a party and loved it.

I'd say it's a win/win/win/win situation.

It's a fantastic movie. It won't appeal to everyone, like any movie, but it's extremely well done and one of those you-need-to-have-seen-this-at-some-point-or-another movies. There's a damn good reason why it's the biggest cult classic movie of all time.

On top of that, the live performances are extremely entertaining and flat-out hilarious with the quotes.

It's a crappy movie on it's own, but it's great when you go with people who act it out as the moive goes along.

I saw the movie a long time ago, but I need to see it again since I dont remember anything except for that song "let's do the time warp again" since that seems to be the only thing people really remember about the movie.
