Info for new users (if you're familiar with Slsk, skip this):
Soulseek is the premier application for sharing music. It has pretty much anything you can think of, along with specific discussion rooms to meet users with similar interests, thus increasing your chance of finding what you want. I believe the latest alpha build would be the best choice to download. Sharing files and searching and downloading etc. is very easy to figure out, and is explained on the site faq if you need help. Slsk requires a free registration. Slsk is also caps sensitive, so when posting your name be sure you have the caps right, even the numbers are caps sensitive, so be sure you posted it right.
Once you get it, right click on the icon and hit connect. To add a shared folder, you go into options, file config (be sure to check list only at the bottom) and take it from there. Make it list only, you dont want noobs leeching off of you. To add people to list, right click on the userlist, add user and copy paste all the names in the thread. Share music or people will ban you. To join the Bemani room, right click on the user list. Say create room and name it Bemani. Then it'll go OK LOL and you're in. To download music, right click on someone's name on your list, browse files, right click the folder or song you want and say download. It's that easy.
