Voldemort has been training under Dumbledore and Dumbledore is training Harry so they can have the most epic battle in wizardy history. Harry and Voldemort end up killing each other and Dumbledore plummets the wizarding world into darkness till Sirius comes back and kills him.

Which leaves book 7 open for Sirius rebuilding the world with some kind of music satellite.
