Every person that has replied to this topic so far, please get the fuck out. This is embarassing that FFR is responding to a legit question like this.

Changwan, go to http://www.shoutcast.com/support/docs/ and read on how to set one up. Install the .dll according to the instructions. I believe you have to have a Winamp version 2 or lower.
