You guys should be ashamed of yourselves supporting this kind of Police State behaviour. Is this really the direction in which you want your beloved US of A to be heading?
What if "this bitch" was your MOTHER or SISTER or COUSIN etc.?!?!
You all obviously grew up in homes where your mother was your sister and your father was your brother, even if you even had mothers or fathers to begin with... sounds to me like you're not even fucking HUMAN!
Get and education or something. Maybe read a book or two. And put down your fucking NRA membership for 2 seconds while you think about all the people being WRONGFULLY ABUSED like this INNOCENT lady was.
A TRAFFIC VIOLATION DOES NOT MERIT DUAL TASINGS, nor does it merit the comments from this BIG, DUMB ASS PEANUT GALLERY that you call a message board.
I SINCERELY hope that the next person tased in the fashion is one of your mothers or sisters... or better yet ... YOURSELVES!

motherfuckers.
Looks like someone created a new account. I'd like to take your post point by point.
Yes, this is where I'd like to see the US. I would not like it if criminals (or even petty traffic violators) were allowed to obey the police on their own time. I would not like it if the police had no authority whatsoever.
What IF it were my relative in that situation? Well, aside from the fact that they aren't stupid enough to repeatedly ignore commands and warnings from a policeman, they should be shocked if they did. Look at it this way: say your mom killed someone. Would your defense against the death penalty be "What if it were your own mom in that situation?"
The education I have received has shown me that the fine system of American government has repeatedly upheld the rights of the police is situations such as these. I'm not exactly sure what further education would tell me, at least in support of your case. Now tell me, how was this lady wrongfully abused? I charge you to count exactly how many warnings this lady was given before she was tased. I'd wager the number is around seven. That means she willingly resisted the authority about six times, all the while completely understanding the situation (which is shown when she recounts what is happening to the person on the other side of the phone conversation).
You're right in one point. A traffic violation does not merit tasings. However, I'm curious as to what video you were watching, because in the video here the tasing was not for a traffic violation by ANY stretch of the imagination, but rather for, as stated above, REPEATEDLY snubbing authority. She was an incompliant civilian. What do the police do with incompliant people? Do they keep asking them nicely after the seventh time? No, they tase them so that they become compliant. I'd like to ask you what the policeman should have done otherwise.
Lastly, I quite enjoyed the irony in your post that clearly eluded your senses. You imply that NRA members are fully in support of this "violation of civil rights" (though I think I give you too much credit for eloquence) when the NRA is nothing but a celebration of our constitutionally-guaranteed right to bear arms. Rich, but not smooth.

Wow.
First you compare homicide to a traffic violation.
Then you go on to defend a system/government which the WHOLE WORLD knows is phucked and is only getting worse, especially since your beloved George W. Moron took (read: stole) office for a second time.
Top that off with accusing the poor woman of "incompliance"?! Incompliance with what? Since when does it make ANY sense whatsoever to FORCIBLY remove someone from their vehicle for a routine traffic stop? Maybe in your phucked up country it does...
Those two redneck retards that abused her rights would have lost their jobs (and RIGHTLY SO) if they so much as TRIED to get away with this kind of crap in my country.
Once again, glad I don't live there!
Enjoy your life in USA and, more specifically Waco... Of all places on earth that you could live. LMAO Waco ... hahahaha
Sir, you are neither intelligent nor eloquent... oh and by the way, your stupid website doesn't work
Here's the deal. I never voice my opinion on ANYTHING unless I know I'm right. You're going to argue with me, and you're going to lose, it's simply the way of life.
First and foremost, you need to take your anarchy bullshit somewhere else. "I hate the government" "I hate the police" Well boo fucking hoo. Stop being a pussy and deal with the fact that if police weren't assholes, and the government weren't liars we'd be a whole lot more fucked than we already are.
Secondly, if you don't like the conversations or the mass majority of beliefs that we have on this message board, then stop bringing your ass here. It is no great loss or altercation in our lives, if you decide to discontinue gracing us with your presence.
Here's a news flash assbag, ITS THE INTERNET. The great thing about it, is that you control your destination.
In defense of one of the best people on here, GuidoHunter, I would like to point out that Traffic Violations and Homicide go hand in hand. See, one of the biggest causes of death out there happens to be car accidents. A majority of the people that create the majority of the accidents are the same people that violate traffic.
Before I get back into ripping you a new asshole I would like to teach you something very valuable about internet arguing: Adding "LMAO" to your "insults" do not make them look any more "intelligent", or for that matter, "insulting".
(Hence the large amount of quotations, implying that your joke was neither insulting or intelligent anyways.)
You're an idiot. It has nothing to do with the way that we were raised or our morals. I don't feel guilty, or bad for the woman. She deserved it...every bit of it. And no matter how many dumbass posts you make with all of your bitching, whining, and being pussy-like, I'm not going to change my opinions.
Take your attempt to "Change the world and make it a better place" somewhere else. That shit isn't happening here pal.
She was tased multiple times..and she screamed and screamed, while I watched it over and over again multiple times and laughed hysterically at it each and every time. If you'd stop crying about everything, and realize that you're forums board posts aren't going to revolutionize shit, you might be capable of enjoying it too.
Get over yourself, because if it were me, my sister, my mom, or my brother I'd feel just the way I do about it now. Should've gotten your ass out of the car, that's what you get.
I know you're going to want to reply, but you're going to lose. Unless you have anything to say, that anyone actually cares about, then I suggest you don't.
I usually don't take the time to read through large, paragraphed arguments (read: CT), but I'm glad I did here. Guido and Skooter have made some points that this guy should really understand. Good job to both of you.
I could probably make my own opinion but I just woke up and I can't really think right now.
He does hit her again on the original tape. He goes, "Put your hands behind your head!" and she screams that she can't, so he tasers her again. Hilarious.

You seem to have problems with analogies. You see, the comparisons were similar in that putting a personal twist on a situation of punishment should not affect the judge's (read: general term) judgment. The more extreme the example, the more poignant the message. I could have just as easily said "What if your mom ran a stop sign. Would your defense against her being written a ticket be 'What if it were your mother?'" That situation, the tasing situation, and the murder scenario are all alike in principle. Did I put a traffic violation on the level of murder? Hell no, and you should just stop now if you thought so.
Ah, yes, our system of government is so bad it's let us become a world power. I'm going to assume you live in Canada, just because that's where most of the non-Americans on this site live. And I'm going to leave this irrelevant argument here. Yes, I defend our system of government because it is worth defending. Our president? Also irrelevant and has been discussed to the point that continuing to do so would just be beating a dead horse.
Okay, now, seriously, did you ACTUALLY not see incompliance in that video? I went back and counted. She was asked to get out of the car five times and asked to put down the phone twice. She was also warned three times that he was going to tase her. She blatantly ignored the officer SEVEN TIMES. This means that she did not comply with the officer seven times. Since the only way you couldn't see this is because you don't know the definition of "incompliance", here it is: http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=incompliance .
You also seem to have missed my last post entirely. You say:
Since when does it make ANY sense whatsoever to FORCIBLY remove someone from their vehicle for a routine traffic stop?
When I EXPLICITLY responded to this very question. I'll quote myself:

I'll say it again: The tasing was for not doing what the officer said, not for whatever got her pulled over.
You say that this wouldn't fly in your country. I'll ask again, since you didn't answer my question the first time: Say I went to your country and got pulled over for speeding or whatever. Do you think it's okay for me to just talk on the phone at my leisure and make the officers wait on me? Let's say I was driving drunk and they pulled me over. I'm obviously a danger to myself and everyone else on the road, so they want to perform a field sobriety test. But I want to keep talking on my cellphone. Is it okay for them to FORCIBLY remove me from my vehicle? If you answer "no", then you've got some ludicrous views on how things should work or are from France. If you answer "yes", then you now have the burden of explaining the difference between the situations. Sure, a drunk driver is possibly more dangerous than whatever she did, but she's still a danger or else she wouldn't have been pulled over.
You also raise another intresting point. What rights did that officer violate? Her right to ignore police? Her right to complete a cellphone call?
Here in America, we don't like criminals to have the right to ignore lawmen, and I'd be willing to bet your country doesn't either.
Oh, and my website's server's down. Try again tomorrow after six AM; it's out of my hands.
EDIT AFTER ANTI: The second tasing got her to do what he said. Why should he have to waste his time on her account?
Has anyone here even been tased? It really isn't that bad. It stuns you for about 5 seconds, I can see 10 at most.
GladImNotAFuckingREDNECK is making it sound like she was tortured and beaten, but the officers were using a safer(believe it or not) method than man-handling her to get her out of her vehicle. She HAD to be removed from her vehicle because generally when you repeatedly mouth off to a police officer and disobey him/her, you're going to be arrested.
