Go here:

C:\WINDOWS\repair

If you are lucky the file should be in there. Then just copy it and paste it into your system32 folder.

I love that problem! I had it too. Some trojan came in and deleted your AUTOEXEC file.

That'll do it. Be sure to run a virus scan as well, or it'll keep happening. I think it was Wind Updates when it happened to me. Check your program files for that.
