I've found a new hard puzzle game

This is probobly one of the hardes games i've played in a while. The object is simple, turn the arrows to connect and make the other arrows your own color. It's really hard though.

There's a flash version of this somewhere. I can't remember if I was ever able to beat it or not, but it is hard. I think a good bit of it can be attributed to luck, though there's probably some skill. Can you beat it again, Reach?
