I think having all that knowledge as soon as you are born would be maddening. Try sitting for four years until you develop the proper motor skills to access your knowledge to some degree. And then, it only looks like scribbles.
Now, if you had the motor skills to match your brains, retaining knowledge when you're born... That'd be something to see.

To clarify: You'd be born with all the knowledge you died with. But you lack motor skills to express everything you learned. You have the knowledge, you have no outlet. You might as well just forget everything and go back to re-learning everything.
