    nonstop flight

I know some of you might alreay know but on the 3 fo March, a guy named Steve Fossett completed the first nonstop solo flight without refeuling around the world. He started in Salina, Kansas and flew for 67 hours before touching back down in Salina. I just thought that people don't watch the news enough anymore so i thought i could make people aware through this! Anyway, here's a picture before i leave.

For the aviators that is awesome.

For the nerds like me, that is freakin' awesome con queso on a stick. The fact that he managed to fly it is amazing as well as the fact that the plane managed to do it without refueling. That would require large wings for fuel storage and extra lift. It also causes excess drag and...oh shiz, it's just awesome.

            Q's such a loser.

Oh yeah? Did you know like 2600lbs of gasoline evaporated unexpectidly making the trip possible, with all the less weigh it made the plane more efficient and able to go the distance.......?

I think it was more like 1800 pounds of fuel that mysteriously disappeared.

                  AFTER take-off, no less!

I have NO idea how the hell that happened. The last many miles were pretty much gliding and gas fumes. :P
