noo, those names were already registered by other people. But since AOL likes to cycle through the IP's when he visits this site under that certain IP, then it thinks that someone else is on. Whether he actually logged in under that name or not. It doesn't look for names when connection posts with account names. It just goes for the IP adress.
I believe this to be true. It might not be.

Ever try to ban an AOL account on mIRC?
Same goes for this. AOL is retarded in this case (and in every case) because their service disallows bannings and things of this nature.
All that list means is that those users once had the same IP as Mr. Idiot at one point or another. If you notice, all 204 of his original posts aren't even posted under that IP.
